Who We Are
AidCitzen is a Christian humanitarian initiative committed to restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity to widows, less privileged children and orphans, and underprivileged communities. We believe in the power of faith and collective compassion to change lives.
Founded by Dorothy, a woman deeply burdened by the disparities she witnessed in underserved areas, AidCitzen was born from a desire to act not just pray. Her field experiences, including visits to internally displaced persons (IDP) camps, revealed a reality that demanded response.
Our programs focus on education, vocational training, support for families in crisis, and faith-based outreach, offering holistic care rooted in the love. While we are currently focused on communities in Nigeria, our long-term vision is to expand globally and reach vulnerable lives wherever the need is greatest.
Though still in its early stages, AidCitzen is built on strong values and a bold vision. We believe that even a little light makes a difference in darkness. Every skill taught, every support given, and every prayer shared reflects our mission: to be a living expression of God’s compassion on earth.

The Legacy Project
Honoring a father’s legacy by shaping the next generation.
This initiative supports less privileged children and orphans through scholarships, values-based mentorship, and educational resources. As we grow, we aim to raise a generation of children equipped with knowledge, character, and vision to impact their communities.
Widows’ Empowerment Initiative
Restoring dignity through skills and support.
We work to provide widows with vocational training, basic business tools, and community-based encouragement—so they can rebuild their lives, care for their families, and break cycles of poverty.
Youth Skill Development
Teaching young hands to build hopeful futures.
We offer training in areas like ICT, tailoring, and entrepreneurship—empowering underprivileged youth with hands-on skills and character development rooted in Christian values.
